HPV Vaccination in Men: Expanding Prevention Strategies, Valentin Irmov

Abstract

Human papillomavirus (HPV) is one of the most common sexually transmitted infections, leading to serious health effects in both women and men. While HPV vaccination is well established among women, the focus on men remains limited. This study examines the importance of expanding prevention strategies by introducing routine HPV vaccination for males. Current scientific data are presented, analyzing the benefits of vaccination, and the potential for improving public health through an equitable approach to prevention is discussed.
